Chick*n & Bac*n Sliders

These Chick*n and Bac*n ranch sliders are sure to get your mouth watering- Trust us, you’re going to dream about these delicious devils! The sauce is so versatile and can be used for lots of other dishes too. This recipe will create enough for a family picnic, so adjust as you see fit.

Bread buns
Cooking oil of your choice

The Sauce
¾ Mayonnaise 
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Fresh Dill


  1. Pre-heat a frying pan on medium, with a couple tablespoons of cooking oil.

  2. Fry a packet of NEXT! Chick*n Style Chunks for 3-4 mins, until crispy and golden.

  3. Remove the Cickn from the pan and leave to sit. Add the bacn Style Strips to the same pan and fry for around 2 minutes each side, or until desired crispiness is met. Remove and rest while you make the sauce.

  4. For the sauce, simply combine together all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  5. Plate up! Add the sauce and cooked ingredients to your buns and serve.
